i advise you to get the PC version working the earliest the better as there is only a handful of people who plays games like this on android. when the pc ver is done, do try to promote your game by uploading it on adult game "forums" and such. and lastly your patreon link on the description leads to nothing, try to open it on incognito and see for yourself. good luck.
